What Is Supervised Visitation?

A supervised visit occurs when a parent can only see their child in the presence of another individual, like a family member or social worker. The visit might happen at the parent’s residence or a specified visitation location, such as a childcare center.

Children Need Balance. Visitation With Your Child Is More Important Than Ever.

Maintaining relationships with both parents is crucial for a child’s emotional, social and cognitive development.

The structured setting of supervised visitation helps foster a sense of stability and security, minimizing any potential harm or negative impact on the child’s well-being.
