Our Story

Meet the Founders

Kristen Buzzelli and Alicia Grindstaff come from different professional fields, but both are passionate about helping families solve conflict and find healthy resolution to ongoing problems. Kristen is a Missouri and Kansas attorney practicing in the area of family law since 2012.  She is a child custody mediator and serves as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem.  Her undergraduate degree is in Social Work with a minor in child welfare. Alicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a certificate in Child and Adolescent Counseling.

The pair saw an ongoing need for families working to build or rebuild healthy connections and limited resources available in the area.

It is their goal to not only help families through reunification, but also to add preventative services to help families navigate divorce or potentially prevent separation through building healthy foundations.
